Mostly onshore wind, best if you can beat upwind

Not a beginner friendly kite spot. When there is enough beach exposed can be a great spot for wingers to learn as you can walk to the south/west on the beach and paddle out to the wind line/deeper water for miniature down wind runs because of the strong onshore wind. Boat ramp, barbed wire fences, power lines, no trespassing signs in the water, fishermen during summer months. On low tides, the sand bars in the northeast part of the bay can be exposed or unseen for foils.
